Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.woodysaeie.com (hereinafter the “Site”), operated by Woody Saeïé - Paris , whose registered office is located at 8 bis rue Pecquay, 75004 Paris , France. Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms by the user. Any booking made via the Site or its associated platform also implies acceptance of the General Terms of Sale applicable to the salon's services.
Article 2 – Access to the site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection. Telecommunication costs are the user's responsibility. The Site allows, in particular:
- Presentation of the Woody Saeïé hair salon;
- Online booking (via Treatwell or an integrated module);
- Viewing the salon's services, pricing, and news;
- Access to the legal notice, privacy policy, Terms of Sale, and these Terms of Use.
Woody Saeïé reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice.
Article 3 – Account creation or booking
Booking may require providing certain personal data (name, phone number, email, desired service, etc.). This data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Woody Saeïé reserves the right to refuse any request or appointment in the case of inaccurate information, abusive behavior, or repeated violation of these Terms.
Article 4 – User behavior
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms. In particular, the user must not:
- Disrupt, slow down, or block access to the Site;
- Introduce malware or viruses;
- Harm the image or reputation of the Woody Saeïé salon;
- Share offensive, discriminatory, defamatory content, or any content violating others’ privacy or dignity;
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Woody Saeïé reserves the right to suspend or delete access for users who violate these rules and to report any reprehensible behavior to the relevant authorities.
Article 5 – Intellectual property
The content of the Site—including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, site structure, and database—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
These contents are the exclusive property of Woody Saeïé or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or exploitation—whether full or partial—of the Site or its contents, by any means, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Woody Saeïé .
Article 6 – Personal data
Use of the Site may involve the collection of personal data, particularly when booking or using contact forms. This data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy available on the Site.
Use of data from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp: As part of our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, certain interactions (especially messages sent to our page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business number) may be handled by a connected application, strictly for the purposes of:
- Managing incoming messages;
- Automating certain replies (appointment confirmations, FAQs, etc.);
- Improving our responsiveness and customer service.
Data collected via these platforms is used only to respond to your messages and requests. It is not sold, used for external marketing, or cross-referenced with other data sources.
This data is handled in accordance with Meta’s platform terms and privacy policy. No unauthorized access to your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp data is allowed. Only the strictly necessary data is used to ensure the proper functioning of our exchanges on these platforms.

Article 8 – Liability
Woody Saeïé strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information provided on the Site. However, the company cannot be held liable for:

- Temporary interruption or unavailability of the service;
- Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or a technical malfunction;
- Delays or errors linked to third-party providers such as Treatwell .

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Woody Saeïé cannot be held responsible for the content or functioning of these external sites, or for their privacy practices.

Woody Saeïé is committed to responding as quickly as possible.
Article 11 – Defamation and online reviews
Woody Saeïé places great importance on respect and transparency in exchanges with its clientele. Reviews—whether positive or negative—are welcome as long as they comply with the law and human dignity.
Any public statement that harms the reputation, honor, or integrity of the salon, its staff, or third parties is strictly prohibited. This includes defamatory, insulting, disguised, or false statements. Such behavior may be sanctioned under:
- Article 29 and following of the Law of July 29, 1881 , defining defamation and setting fines up to €12,000 , increased to €45,000 for discrimination or targeting public figures;
- Article R.621-1 of the Penal Code , punishing non-public defamation with fines up to €38 , or €1,500 for discriminatory content;
Woody Saeïé reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal action against any user or third party who publishes defamatory, malicious, or harmful content online, including on review platforms, social media, or other public/private digital spaces.
Woody Saeïé also reserves the right to:
- Request immediate removal of manifestly defamatory or offensive content on reviews or social platforms;
- Report unlawful content to platform hosts and the National Anti-Online Hate Prosecutor as per legal procedures;
- Initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the author, including for false accusations;
- Request publication of the court’s decision at the offender’s expense (per Article 131-35 of the Penal Code ) in case of conviction.
Identity theft, false statements, commercial defamation, or review manipulation are also subject to legal action. In case of doubt about the authenticity of a review, Woody Saeïé reserves the right to request proof of service before validating it as legitimate.
Any attempt to intentionally harm the salon’s reputation may result in a firm and appropriate legal response.
Article 12 – Loyalty Program
Woody Saeïé has implemented a loyalty program in the form of a digital or physical card that allows clients to accumulate points following specific actions or services completed at the salon. These points may be exchanged for haircare products listed on the dedicated gifts page of the client area, subject to availability.
Points may be earned through completed appointments, submission of online reviews (notably via Treatwell or Google), participation in satisfaction surveys, or upon specific milestones such as a client’s birthday, the anniversary of their first visit, or their initial appointment.
Each action provides a variable number of points according to the nature of the activity, as detailed within the loyalty program's internal rules accessible via the client portal. Points from multiple actions are cumulative. However, Woody Saeïé reserves the right to modify the point attribution scale at any time, without prior notice.
Loyalty points remain valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of allocation. After this time, unredeemed points will be permanently deleted without compensation. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Redemption of gifts is only possible during a paid appointment (excluding consultations appointments) and is limited to one gift per appointment. The request for the gift must be made at the time of the appointment or within one (1) month of the eligible visit, provided proof of visit can be demonstrated.
Currently, loyalty points are redeemable only for products and not for salon services. Woody Saeïé may, however, extend the scope of the program in the future.
Clients may consult their point balance and the list of available rewards via their Client Area by scanning the QR code present on their loyalty card. Woody Saeïé shall not be held liable for the loss of the card or any difficulties in accessing the loyalty portal.
Any attempt to fraudulently obtain points or rewards, or any abusive behavior in the use of the loyalty program, may result in the suspension or cancellation of the client’s access to the program, without prejudice to possible legal action.
Article 13 – Changes to the Terms
Woody Saeïé reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly.
Article 14 – Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, even in cases involving multiple defendants or third-party claims.
